If you’re looking for a 9 to 5-er, sales probably isn’t for you. Weekends and evenings can be busy because that’s when your customers are ready and keen to talk to you. The upside is, you’re not stuck at a desk all day, you’re meeting new people and there’s plenty of flexibility so you can work from home.
If you’re career-minded, self-motivated, have enthusiasm and drive and know how to build relationships, you’re the kind of person we’d love to talk to! All kinds of people buy Toyotas and it takes all sorts to sell them. We’re always on the lookout for keen young people and locals who know and love the communities we work in. A lot of people don’t realise that we have a lot of women working in sales and they do very well!
If you’ve got what it takes we’ll help you get there. It can take a while to build up a customer base and skills, but you’ll get world-class training and plenty of mentoring and support. Previous customer service or sales experience would be a real advantage but not essential. If you’re the right person, you’ll get everything you need to really make a go of it.

It is all about delivering excellent customer value. Many of our Business Managers have a sales background, and all have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, excellent communication skills with attention to detail, and strong computer and numerical skills. While experience in finance sales is also a definite plus, we’re amongst the best at training our team to excel in their role.
